Hurricane - Over The Edge [1988]

“Over The Edge” is the first full-length album from Hurricane, which featured Kelly Hansen on vocals (Unruly Child, Foreigner).
The music style of the band it’s between Warrant and Dokken.
All of the songs are fairly strong, but the cover of Alice Cooper's "I'm Eighteen" and the single "I'm On To You" are the album's highlights.
For the history the members of the group are Robert Sarzo brother of the bass player Rudy Sarzo (Whitesnake) and Tony Cavazo brother of the guitar player Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot).

I can't believe you didn't mention that Rudy Sarzo was in Quiet Riot. So two of those members (Robert & Tony) are further connected by this fact. Otherwise, good review and great site!
