i use megaupload for almost five months and never have a problem with this upload host, if you use internet explorer .. read the instuctions [problems with megaupload I.E) , this program will help you 100 %.
Btw with megauplad you can use download managers like IDM , and you can resume the files , with rapidshare you can't resume files ... and if you register as a free member in megaupload , you must wait only 25seconds ... and you can get 2 files at same time ... with rapidshare you can't and you must wait for 1 hour until you get the next file.
